"Renee that works in the cafeteria was awful to be around. She stands around like a guard and doesn’t even greet or interact with the guests. She was carrying on loud about not cleaning up the bread. I would not go back just because she was there honestly. The rest of the hotel was fine."

"Nastiest place I ever almost stayed , booked for 3 days and I couldn’t last 5 min in the room. Dirty wash cloths and towels . Smashed bugs all over walls and also has holes in walls filled with toilet paper . Bugs in beds and public hair on covers. After all that they refused to refund even though I asked for refund after 5 minutes in room . Drug deals outside of building right in front of main office"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Jacksonville-Deerwood Park. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Elena at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. She upgraded our room to a suite. The room was spacious, quiet, and very well-maintained. The great big bathtub was excellent after a long drive. I was a bit surprised by not having a bathrobe and slippers like usually suits have but other than that everything was great. "When we arrived to the hotel we were suprised with it being renovated. The lobby was non-existent and the breaskfast area was inside of a conference room which looked quite outdated and somewhat dirtly. The employees were very helpful. The rooms were OK, but I truly disliked being in the middle of renovations. If I knew, I would not have stayed there. I requested a call from hotel manager, which I have not yet received."

"The entire hotel is super nice and quaint. The Staff is amazing. I've never had an issue at this site until my last stay but the staff made it right. I was checked into a room where either the bed linens seemed to not have been changed. The pillows and duvet cover smelled like men's cologne or aftershave. The sheets felt gritty. I alerted the front desk immediately and they moved me to another room which was the exact quality I've grown to love at this hotel. Kudos to the staff!"
