"I stayed here for three nights while attending my daughters' Nipissing graduation. The room was merely okay. It smelled a bit mouldy after the rain. It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom was starting to fall apart. However, (and for the price) everything worked as I needed it to; hence the "okay" rating. "4-night stay in June 2026 while visiting family. Hotel was generally clean and well maintained. Good parking at the hotel and is close to shopping, restaurants and a short drive to the waterfront. The free breakfast was nice. Some common areas are looking rather dated and worn. Rooms were more updated. Some construction was ongoing in the lobby area at check-in which was nosy and made talking with staff difficult. Generally a good stay for our needs."

"Older hotel but well maintained and room is updated. Didn’t have a great check in, staff were distracted managing multiple tasks and what could have been 5 minute check in was very drawn out. Room was clean and modern update. No elevator to access second floor so if needed maybe reconsider. Overall decent stay however very dissatisfied with breakfast service.
