"Courteous staff, very helpful, location is walking distance to most of the key sites in town. The Arms breakfast was excellent."

"Upon arrival we noted there was a fridge in the room but no complimentary water available in the room. But we weren’t told about the water cooler and cups that were complimentary so we spent $7 on bottled water The closet door was not on the track, the room was very cold with no extra blankets available in the room either. When validating our parking, it wasn’t communicated that you must leave parking garage by 1pm otherwise you would have to pay an additional fee to exit. This ways important information to note however, we were never informed. "

"To say that our stay was outstanding would be an understatement, the level of professionalism care and overall excellence this hotel embodies is absolutely amazing from the breakfast staff Ric to the front desk entire reception staff to housekeeping and to the owner, Stephanie and general manager Nympha I could not give you more praise if there was a higher rating than five stars I would gladly give it. My sisters ,niece and daughter and I loved our week with you. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I visit Halifax next thank you so much for all you’ve done for us. We deeply appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. You have definitely raised the bar on how a hotel should be run. 10 stars "

"It was nice to check in before we arrived as we shopped before we arrived at the hotel and ww were tired. We only had to grab the key cards at the front desk. My son and I was up there for a hockey weekend for him. He loved that he could swim after Hockey, the breakfast was amazing, hes 8 and loved all the options for breakfast. The mini Arcade was a hit as well. And it was nice to have a fridge and microwave in our room❤️ Room was clean had everything we needed. Staff was great. I wanted to check out the laundry room but completely forgot as we packed more then enough for the 3 nights we stayed."
