"Clean room and friendly staff, outside area feels safe. I think these are the most important.
Downside is no refrigerator in room. No microwave in room either but there is one in lobby downstairs."

"I picked this hotel based on the Expedia reviews / score. The room was tidy and housekeeping did a nice job making up the room every day. The bathroom was a little run down and the a/c unit occasionally gave off a pee aroma when the fan kicked on. I'm not sure if the source of the pee smell was from outside or if it was inside the a/c unit. I won't stay there again."

"I made the reservation. I didn’t paid right away but I gave my card info. they didn’t contact me before cancel my reservation when I came to get the room they said they give the room to someone else. I end up paying 800 dollars for one night sleep an hour from Chicago. Not fair!!!"
