"Well located to Battersea power station. Very short walk. A bit longer for the Tube station. We actually did use the pool and steam room which was nice after a long day in London. Very small pool though. The room was comfortable and spacious albeit the decor was a bit tired looking. Staff were pleasant."

"The property was tired and in need of an upgrade for the cost it was charging its clients. The tiled floor in one of the lifts was badly cracked. The seat in the toilet of my suite was in need of replacement. The chairs and sofa within the suite had low backs and was very basic and uncomfortable.
The breakfast was self service and the food was not very hot. We requested three members of staff to have more coffee.
Our stay for two nights for two suites including breakfast was pre booked. On...
