"They ran out of coffee at breakfast. They ran out of cream at breakfast. They ran out of food at breakfast.
When the staff member was asked, she clearly made it seem like she was being inconvenienced, and even intentionally moved slowly. She wore a jacket, like she didn't want to be there.
The dishes piled up and it was disgusting to see. I have a picture.
I watched people look at the breakfast area, look at the food and then leave for the Tim Hortons beside the hotel.
Extremely...

"The hotel is fine, but for the higher price that it is, the pool area is small, there’s no hot tub, and the water is not heated, it’s quite brisk. Also, there was loud indoor construction starting at 9:30 AM so not only could you not sleep in but you could not have work calls."

"Een beetje verouderd motel, een niet erg vriendelijke receptionist.
Dan kijk je toch iets anders naar je slaapgelegenheid.
Het ontbijt was zeer matig, nee geen positieve indruk is bij mij achtergebleven. Misschien is 3 sterren een teveel."

"Our room was excellent Our breakfast was very good both days. It is in a good location with restaurants in walking distance. There was only one negative. On our last day in the hotel, there was a piece of paper at the elevator notifying guests that there was planned maintenance work to be done on the plumbing system so there would be no water in the guest rooms or public areas from 9 am till 1 pm. We had not been notified so we had to cancel our plans for a swim and hot tub morning before...
