"You can use the fitness room and sauna with your room key. While it is a shame that the amenities are somewhat limited, the room itself is very clean overall. During my week-long stay, I found the closet easy to access, making it simple to organize my clothes. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. "The room was very functional, staff were helpful, I had more or less everything I needed. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever."

"Avoid this hotel unless this is your only option which was ours. There was only one man working, trying to check in, helping customers, answering phones, going to the hotels rooms to check on room conditions. He was doing literally EVERYTHING that came to his way, he was not friendly due to overwhelemed. It took us over an hour to check into the hotel, we were exhausted on waiting, even considered to leave our reservation. Our room was fine, nothing special, but the air conditioning did not work...

"Stayed here for total of 6 nights for a choral festival. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning was nice since highs outside some of the days were in the 90s. The restaurant on 1st floor offered an excellent buffet breakfast and was well worth the cost. The hotel is close to the Grand Place and the neighborhood is very walkable with many restaurants and shops close by."
