"The front desk clerk was very nice. The room was clean and smelled wonderful. The exterior of the hotel was giving old and in desperate need of a makeover! I’m glad I decided to stay there! The price was also wonderful."

"The hotel does not match the pictures at all. I was expecting certain furniture and rooms that were clean and that wasn’t the case. The pool was black. No breakfast. Staff were unable to help me when asking questions. The hotel smells of marijuana …. Strong! I was woken up early by what I thought were loud guests but it was actually the workers. I would not have stayed there but I came in so late with my kids…. I am so disappointed. Please don’t stay here"

"Our stay was good and the hotel was good and clean. The issue is that they didn't pick up my Expedia reservation and I'm now having to struggle through a refund process with two pairs who say it's not their fault."

"The property had debris laying around under the breezeway and in the back of the parking area. The staff was nice. She asked if we wanted to pay $5 more for a renovated bathroom and we said yes. The room was nice looking but the floor had a sticky residue that made a sticking sound with every step. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair and dirt pushed to the corners and we paid $5 extra! Needless to say, I didn't take my shoes off in the room except for a shower. They did have shampoo,...

"Everything is fine except the washer and dryer. I spent all day trying to wash and dry one load of clothes and out of $20 just to wash and dry 2 loads"

"They updated the room I was in slightly….the shower head is almost cheapest upgrade you and do and one in room was horrible and needs replacing….. con… yet close to highway the highway noise is definitely heard throughout the night badly"

"Breakfast was sparse and had to ask for items-bathtub needs refurbishing-sink and shower water was yellow last night and again this morning even after running for a while. Plenty of hot water in room. Beds very comfortable and ac worked fine. No elevator and carpet on steps needed vacuuming. TV did not work which was disappointing!"
