We had a garden room which meant you had a sea view and small terrace - the downside was that in the morning we were underneath the breakfast room and it was quite noisy from just before 8am which on a Sunday was a bit annoying. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, the windows and patio door were a bit drafty though as it was a stormy night. The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted. Padstow is walkable. "A very welcoming hotel in Polperro. The room was cosy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was also very good. It’s just a short walk to the Harbour and has the added bonus of an included car parking space. Highly recommended. "
