"Great location and surrounding area "

"Delightful stay with incredibly friendly & willing staff,nothing was too much trouble. A mixture of old and new & my room(in the garden block) was spacious,modern & a lovely view from the patio over the cricket pitch & down to the Tyne. Food was very good,I ate in the bar but you can go more formal if you want. Hotel is in an enviable position,just outside Bellingham so access to roads easy. Even an indoor pool. If you like comfort,without formality,I would highly recommend."

"I had a wonderful overnight stay here. The room was lovely, ver quiet with beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. I did use the spa which was at extra cost but it was lovely and relaxing. I opted for the fine dining in the evening and it was outstanding. Breakfast was included and the menu had plenty of options from continental to freshly prepared hot options.The staff were very helpful and friendly- I will certainly rebut for a longer visit. "

"First time in Newcastle and this hotel was perfect, it doesn’t offer dinner but that is fine,as there are so many great restaurants very near by just 1 minute walk .We stayed in the Armstrong suite the room was a bit dark with a small window to the back of the building.It was not a problem for us ,as it was very well presented with some lovely touches. White company toiletries and spotlessly clean.From the staff on the front desk to breakfast, cleaning they were all so attentive and polite. We...
