Hotel murah di Hi-Nella

"Terlalu mahal untuk fasilitas yang biasa aja. Pintu masuk yg terkunci setelah jam 23:30, sedangkan jam tiba kami 01:30"

"There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing."

"Room was clean and staff were helpful with suggesting local dining options. Breakfast was good with some variety of options. We stayed here for a regatta on the river which is about a mile walk through an industrial park. Not walkable to any shopping but plenty of stores and restaurants within driving distance."

"Room smelled and had rust in the bathtub. Young lady at the front desk was very helpful, moved me quickly to another room. However, that rooms furniture had not been cleaned or wiped off and couldn’t adjust thermostat to heat(very cold during a cold and rainy week. Getting omelette was slow one person working station. Bacon was scarce and bread and muffin options were few. Bar staff (John) very pleasant and helpful went out of his way to make everyone happy"

"I went to the first room I was assigned and turned on the lights, set my bags down, and entered the restroom to use the toilet. Upon lifting the seat, I discovered that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned because someone's bowel movement was sitting in the toilet. I gathered my things and went to the front desk to ask for a new room that was cleaned. The front desk clerk was very sweet, apologetic, and accommodating. "The room was very clean and very friendly staff. The fact that you charge for parking, breakfast, and the surprise incidental fee on top of the charge for the room, pretty much broke the bank. Did not dare to leave the property in fear of getting charged additionally for parking. Couldn't use pool cause it was filled to capacity with crazy kids."

"First thing to mention about Hyatt Place is the breakfast. There is quite a variety to choose from. There is also ample seating for guests. The next thing is the location; it is easy to find. The rooms are quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. We did not use the bar, but it looked well-stocked."
