Room was clean, floor was clean as well as shower and bathroom. No complaints there. Only downfall the room had a “musty” smoke smell to it. "Clean place to stay. Friendly staff. I knew they no longer provide breakfast, but was surprised there was no fridge or microwave, so I'm glad I didn't bring anything I needed to refrigerate this time. There was no dresser either. Only a small corner table and a nightstand. Thankfully, we only stayed 1 night. But it was clean and felt safe and I'd stay again."

"Both Albert and Pam at the front desk are absolutely delightful! Way better than average free breakfast... No , not Michelin but.... AC was a little noisy but worked great and was much needed! Some reviewers complained of local noise due to closeness of freeway but we didn't notice too much. Maybe noisy AC covered it up LOL! "Happy with the one night stay. We were here for an exam next morning. The hotel was clean，new and staff were friendly. The free breakfast was good to start the day. The only down point was the noise from Highway 99, if the room was facing it and you are happened to be a light sleeper."

"Terrible service. The first room had trash on the floor and the furniture was dirty. If you cant pick up simple trash off the floor how can we trust the room is truly clean. Second room after we told the front desk about the first room had a stench that hit you in the face as soon as you walk in. And still there was trash on the floor. After all this front desk was still not very helpful or empathetic of our situation and we decided to leave. Still working on getting a refund after contacting...
