"I enjoyed the modern feel of the hotel and the room design was great overall. A few things kept it from being a 5-star stay for me: breakfast had limited options and could be tastier, and the bathroom needed a deeper clean. The room lighting was also quite dim. When I asked staff for help with the guest computer, they said they didn’t know and didn’t offer to find someone who could. With a bit more attention to these details, this could be an excellent hotel."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself is older and rundown. The rooms weren't as clean as I would have preferred but they were acceptable. The property is also located by a very busy street and you could hear traffic and commotion outside all night long. I would not choose to stay here again."

"We booked this hotel solely because it had a hot tub and pool because we were there for a regional gymnastics competition and wanted to relax while the kids swam but when we got there the hot tub is under construction. I do have to say the guy that works evenings was great we had 2 rooms and in 1 of them you could clearly tell it was not cleaned they made the bed with out even changing linens there was a fork and 2 knives along with dirty socks under the blanket. "Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside didn’t look anything special, more like a 2 star hotel. Inside was very clean, staff was extremely helpful, positive, with a constant smile on their face, ready to help in any moment. My stay was during the Kentucky derby and even though the hotel was full, staff was still friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the room was very clean. Great place."

"Staff was honestly pretty rude in their responses, but gave us what we asked for spoke with two different team members. Breakfast was good and the room was a little outdated. (Specially the bathroom) There are quite a few things good to do near by."
