"It definitely served our needs for one night while passing through. It looks like it used to be a pretty major hotel back in its day (glass elevator overlooking what probably used to be an indoor pool.) It’s now tiled over and looks like a huge reception hall surrounded by rooms that overlook it. Our room was quite spacious! "The only complaint that we had was the water never got hot in the sink - just luke warm. We did not use the showers, so don't know if they were the same way. Also, the fridge was set so high that all our food froze. And also this morning instead of the heat staying on, the air conditioning turned on and we couldn't get it to shut off, so we just turned it up really high to stop it from running. "I like the Wyndham properties over the cheaper budget hotels because they are more comfortable and I don't like motels with room doors that go directly outside. The staff was very welcoming and the Fort Wayne area is, at least, not 'Ghettoville USA' thankfully. Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and I liked the free coffee and breakfast in the morning. It's a basic breakfast, but with restaurant prices these days, it saves you some money."
