"Great space and good job in the renovation but it is starting to show signs of customer abuse. There were always men hanging around outside whenever we went in and out. A couple men were smoking pot in the morning. We didn't feel unsafe but this was a little concerning. Parking is a little tight but you could find spots where there were fewer vehicles. "

"Front desk staff was usually absent, so we waited outside for several minutes until someone arrived to unlock the hotel door. Only one keycard was provided for the room, and the room felt cramped and uncomfortable. A bulky window air conditioner took up space and didn't work well enough, leaving the room stuffy all night. The sleep quality was bad because bed squeaked loudly. In addition, we heard upstairs guests walking with noise of the bed squeaks and the cars going by outside the window due to poor soundproofing. Also, the room door was misaligned, which means the hallway light and noise came through the gap. Bedside lamps were placed too far away, so you had to get out of bed to use them. The desk under the TV was too narrow for a laptop or tablet, making it basically useless. All in all, the stay did not meet expectations for a "boutique hotel", and the experience felt no better than a basic motel except cleanliness."

"We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and comfort offered. The only issue was the dead bolt on our door would not allow the door to close at times. Once, my husband was able to lift and and turn it to fix it. The other time was at our departure and we were unable to get it fixed. We notified hotel personnel and they mentioned that they do stick sometimes and there is some trick to get them to unlock so the door can shut. This seems like an important detail to fix!"
