"I went to check in and was told by the young girl that I already checked in. Impossible since I drove 7 hours and just not got there. Then she said she has a card on file already and again I say that’s not mine. I even asked if someone else is going to be in my room and she says No. I go to my room and guess what. "Looks are deceiving. It is not well kept like the pictures. Staff did not clean rooms thoroughly nor did they give us clean towels or make beds. We found holes in linen to include the shower curtains. The pool never opened even when we were told it would be."
