"Looks are deceiving. It is not well kept like the pictures. Staff did not clean rooms thoroughly nor did they give us clean towels or make beds. We found holes in linen to include the shower curtains. The pool never opened even when we were told it would be."

"The room was very clean. The bathroom looked like it was recently updated. The bed was super comfortable. Check in was very fast and easy. The breakfast was okay. Typical hotel breakfast. For location, it was close to so many stores and restaurants. It’s very close to the highway but the noise didn’t interfere with our sleep."

"I went to check in and was told by the young girl that I already checked in. Impossible since I drove 7 hours and just not got there. Then she said she has a card on file already and again I say that’s not mine. I even asked if someone else is going to be in my room and she says No. I go to my room and guess what. There are 3 bags in there. I call the girl who says I will have to come back down and talk to the supervisor then hangs up on me. I try calling back and she won’t answer. I had two...

"It is a great location for this property. It is near the pier, restaurants, and shops. Yet it is tucked away in a quiet area. We were able to get parking right in front of the hotel (on the street) and could see the car from our window. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was nice to sit outside in the evening and have a drink in a quiet square in front of the hotel's entrance. We also enjoy breakfast at the restaurant connected to the hotel. We would come back to stay there again. "
