"Hotel is under a very newded remodelation, so there is no real lobby. Personnel was great as well as the breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable, but common areas still.need some work. Pictures shown of the reception does not match."

"Very clean room, the staff were all so very attentive, pleasant, and polite, the front desk guy even waved the 20 security deposit cuz it never said anything while booking this company online and I had no money my friend had helped me pay for a room knowing im bouncing place to place right now for to medical emergency. There was enem a lifeguard on duty she was also extremely happy to assist me on anyway she even opens the door for me when the cars didn't work. The only complaint I have is there's no vending machines all the drinks overpriced, this whole idea of having a 20 security fee even after I put no help with coverage for safety and that was only 11 bucks so to find out I had to pay 20 even after I said no do they do that to the people who decline protection or just all of us get it. But whoever that guy was at my location. Just know your kindness didn't go unnoticed and as soon as I'm able to bring you 20 bucks to get you baby for the nice things u did I will I promise. I don't promise unless I plan on keeping it. So I give the place between 3-4 stars pretty good in my book "

"TV DID NOT WORK! I got this reservation for Mount Vernon weekend. All good however, the TV did NOT work. I called the front desk each night and no one answered. So no tv. Ugh! Otherwise. Aok."

"This is like a hidden gem. Very clean and staff was very nice. The breakfast was ok but durable. Overall my stay was nice, no worries. I would stay again. Close to restaurants and stores within walking distance distance."

"Room was mostly clean, kitchenette was okay but towels had stains on them. Corridors smelled of smoke, even my non-smoking room had the smell, even with AC running. AC wasn’t cooling the entire room, just a couple of feet around it was cool"
