"It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"Free valet parking was a bonus as compared with other hotels that charges a fee. But need to budget extra time for the wait of the car especially during peak season. Swimming pool was not the cleanest- many big flies floating on top of the water, looks very disgusting. There were also many live ones crawling on the shore of the pool. No staff was there to clean when we were there; another family decided to use the net to clean by themselves so their kids could use the pool. My kids were not...

"This was my husband and I’s third anniversary. It was a lovely getaway from the city. It was so clean and all the rooms had a hot tub. Very nice staff. Could’ve possibly done something for the anniversary or at least given us some kind of pivot as to what to do to celebrate.. or even a chocolate, but just being there was really nice and looking forward to spending more time there in the future."
