"The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean but the pool wasn't open yet"

"The bathroom was clean but the shower head was clogged so badly it barely put out water and the floor of the bathtub felt like it was going to collapse. The comforter was stained, looked like ink. And while the staff was quick to help, my key card stopped working halfway through my stay, as if they had shown i was checked out and the card had to be reset. "

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were nothing like what was shown on the website. The first room we were given was unclean, with hair on the pillows, floors extremely filthy, mold in the shower, and dust throughout. We requested a room change, but unfortunately, the second room was not much better. The entrance door was shattered, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. The service also left a lot to be desired—the staff member who assisted us had a poor attitude and was not helpful. Additionally, the advertised breakfast was unacceptable. It consisted of open, stale cereal, and we couldn’t even access it properly due to broken glass in the area. Overall, this stay did not meet basic cleanliness or service standards, and I would not recommend this hotel."
