"The guests above our room were very noisy the first night. An argument outside in the middle of the night woke us up, so we slept poorly. The second night was a lot better. "

"The room was comfortable and clean, the towels were a little rough and you could hear people outside and some talking in the room. We were not happy that other guests the morning of checkout emptied the ice by filling their coolers and breakfast was all bread (toast, muffin, waffle, cereal) there were tiny yogurt cups but no protein and the eating area very small. Obvious a older bldg that could use some addtl upgrades. "

"Had to leave early due to an emergency. Staff would not refund money due to the fact that the room was booked through Expedia. Staff was curt, dismissive and not helpful. Did not provide a printed receipt because officially the reservation did not end until the following day. Horrible customer service. Will avoid Fairfield Inn in the future. "

"The Inn was in a great location. It ended up being right next door to the venue for the wedding we were attending. They provided the code and instructions to enter less than an hour before our check in time though text message. Super convenient. All we had to do to check out was reply by text. No fuss. The room was just like the pictures, nice decor. Very clean. Both heaters worked great. Our room had waters, coffee supplies for the Keurig, and even little make-up remover wipes. You can really...
