"There’s plenty of free parking and I was visiting a friend in the Queens medical centre it was a short 11 minute walk."

"My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. Been to many different hotel around the world, this is the worse."

"Nice standard aparthotel with basic cooking facilities, including a two ring hob and microwave that did much more if you have the know how. Dishwasher but only one tablet! Parking needs visit to Reception and very tight small spaces underground. Well located for centre. Free coffee and tea in tap along with breakfast croissants."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. "Comfortable stay in quiet residential area. Kitchen could be better equipped. Listing says on-site parking - it doesn’t. Two parking permits are provided. Have to carry stuff from there to house up small path. "

"The room was dirty including the ‘clean’ bedding which was hairy. The bed was built by Ikea flat pack and someone’s hopes and dreams which did not come true - it creaked with every move! The room was spacious but what’s the point! It was hot with limited windows to open because of H&S but I had to prop one open with a spoon as the restrictor was broken. Only one set of towels despite the booking being for 2 people. The location is heart of city centre which was perfect except for noise until 3am...

"Great place to stay, the room is exactly as advertised. 20 minute walk downtown and well connected to East Midlands. The studio with the small kitchenette and the private bathroom was definitely worth it. The gym is great for a little workout "
