"The location was very convenient, which is why we booked here since it was the closest option to Legoland. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The linens did not seem properly maintained, the sofa bed sheets had hair on them, and the main bed sheets had visible stains. The room felt unclean overall, which made the stay uncomfortable. We expected a much higher standard of cleanliness from a Marriott hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay here regardless of the few issues we addressed. Unfortunately some things promised didnt actually occur. No fan in bathroom was surprising, the TV remote was difficult to get a response with, the AC controller didnt respond everytime either, the frig was a nightmare to use because it wasn't cold and we lost babies milk and ice cream purchased in lobby. The server who worked April 24th breakfast got a $20 tip because she pushed the info on me thaf the complimentary breakfast dont cover tips, so I ordered food to go and wanted to tip the cook. Didn’t get told the truth until 2 days later all those tips go to server only. I had zelle the cook last day. None of the room charged gotncovered for the inconvenience of the room issues as i was told on evening April 25 by Nichole. But the staff at the check in counter were very polite. Nichole came up and troubleshooted all our issues personally. Btw dont attempt to move the frig yourself to turn it up. ~ Semper Fi "

"The hotel is an older building and it is undergoing a renovation. What made me give 5 stars was the attentive, professional, and responsive staff. I found this true in every interaction with staff-from the front desk to the cafe. I was not happy with the initial room assignments and I was able to move to another room without any hassle at all and with offers of help moving. Really great staff"

"Wasn't told about breakfast even though it was included in the price, but after seeing the conditions we didn’t want to eat there anyway. Room was in poor condition. Broken toilet seat, cracks on the floor, open coffee package, dirty shower. Asked for extra pillows and was told to find housekeeping outside the door. "
