"Pros: -Staff was kind -Housekeepers are doing a great job! They came by everyday and restocked (I always have an issue with this at the higher end hotels). -Beds were comfy (minus the bed cover) -New A/C unit Cons: -Room had a smell -Pool closed 2/3 days we were there -Breakfast hours were inconvenient for us so we didn't partake thus adding to our expenses of eating out (6am-8am) -No closet, has a weird built in divider (Note to hotel: This item needs to be restored/Painted or replaced...

"The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels...

"Generally, It was in pre-run down state. The rooms were large. The breakfast was delicious. Just need some maintenance updating fresh paint drywall repair the drywall behind my commode was damaged and unrepaired."

"Lovely B&B guest house in a great location. We had the Van Gogh room which was really nice. Nice continental style breakfast. Easy walking distance onto 6th street, bars, restaurants and shopping areas. Free parking at property. We would happily stay here again."
