"The room was nice, clean and updated - breakfast was a nice touch. But this hotel is incredibly loud. We stayed 5 nights and every single night we battled with excessive noise, doors slamming, loud hallways etc. I understand the staff have little control over its guests, but there was no effort made. We have young children and our stay was exhausting due to the excessive noise and disrespect of others. One other note is the elevator - there’s only one and it’s very slow, and always packed....

"My experience at SoLo was absolutely fantastic. The place was immaculate, carefully looked after, and conveniently situated close to everything. I really appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit, making it a joy to pack clean clothes for my return trip."

"Parking was underground and was fine. We were disappointed with the air exchange/heater unit. It was very noisy and cycled often, resulting in a poor sleep."

"The over all property was fine, our room was not. The bathroom had no outlets that worked. The ceiling near the sinks were low and i kepts bumping my head. The mirror above the sink is so low you can't see your face. The shower enclosure is extremely small for the size of the bathroom. There wasn't anywhere to set your needed items to take a shower. There was a tv in the room, however you couldn't see it from the bed. The breakfast was lovely. Hopefully other rooms are better than the...

"We are a family of 5 and stayed in a room with 3 double beds and it was clean and comfortable. It is right beside a lounge and we could hear a bit of music but that didn’t bother us and my kids are 6, 11 and 14. By 11pm I think it would be quiet already. Would stay here again. "
