"I opted for cereal the second morning because the day 2 “hot breakfast” was, no doubt, once reheated from the day before. The cereal is available in large plastic tubs. The lid fell off when I attempted to pour it into a bowl."

"We had a great experience at this property. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was a little different than most buffet breakfasts at hotels. Better choices, seemed directed towards healthier options and everything was set out in smaller amounts at a more frequent pace making sure everything was always hot and fresh, but you didnt have to wait for anything. Very nice experience. Very dog friendly. Easy check in and out. Convenient location close to everything. 10min from the college. We would gladly stay here again. "

"Fire alarm started beeping at 140 AM. Staff could not solve. Made me switch to new. Room. Manager would not offer anything for this complete failure. You get a hotel to sleep. They did not give me this service and refused to to offer any customer service. Complete failure. Will never ever stay here again. Wow unbelievable!!!!!!!!!"

"I stay here 2 to 3 times a year. The staff is always great rooms are clean breakfast buffet is hearty. The only problem I have: we stay here every time the night before we leave and we catch your shuttle to the airport in the morning. Unfortunately, your shuttle runs every hour which leaves spending an extra hour at the airport many times or we have to leave before we can have breakfast. This is what happened on this stay we spent an extra hour at the airport waiting for our flight. I’ve mentioned this in other reviews but nothing has changed. It seems to me very easy to have the shuttle run on the half hour also. It doesn’t take but approximately 10 minutes round trip."
