"The Hotel's shuttle picked us up at the train station. There's not too much within walking distance. We splurged for the delux room with private onsen. It was fun to have a suite with classic Japanese flair ... bamboo floor mats, sliding panel paper doors, etc. Nice view of the lake."

"The room was not what I expected from this chain of hotels. The room was larger than expected. Fortunately I had the non-smoking floor. I had another room room on the smoking floor and it was a pretty strong odor. Just be careful of what you're booking when making your reservations. It was also within walking distance from many restaurants and provided ample parking."

"My main memory will be about the dinner and breakfast. Both were phenomenal. A real experience. The only downsides were that the room felt a bit tired and the bathroom smelled of stagnant water and had some little bugs in the shower. The staff was super helpful and responsive. "
