"We live this place, have been there lots but Patios and outside areas could have been a bit cleaner. Rooms are not very soundproof. "Hotel was clean and well maintained. Lovely grounds. Doesn’t have air conditioning but fans are provided. We had an issue as had booked twin rooms which I confirmed over 3 phone call but was assigned double rooms which the hotel did rectify but couldn’t done with out the hassle. Make sure you have written confirmation if you require twin rooms. Otherwise all good."

"The staff were very kind and helpful, particularly the lovely lady at breakfast who went above and beyond to make sure my husband who is a coeliac had a safe, cooked breakfast. The cooked breakfast looked delicious and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the continental breakfast which was included in the room price. A £7.50 extra charge was paid for the cooked breakfast which was great value. The room was basic and a little tired and in need of an upgrade but the bed was very comfortable....
