Quite relaxing environment, hotel reception extremely friendly. Nice classic pub environment.
Only down sides I only noticed after we arrived to our room and checked on the booking page photos of all room option are identical, so it was a bit surprising to see our room looked smaller/different on arrival to the option/photo shown on the booking. Then I realised it is kind of a stock photo, Pub menu a little bit overboard. While all food we had was pretty nice I felt it was quite limited...

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

This hotel certainly lived up to the reputation of the Hilton brand. Perfect stay for our early morning flight, and will be choosing to stay again for future early departures / late arrivals.

Lack of signage to the hotel at Terminal 3 arrivals hall resulted in a frustrating and annoying trek around terminal 3.
One vital sign directing guests down the ramp and on towards terminal 2 is missing and so there is no indication where the hotel is.

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay - the room was quiet, clean, extremely comfortable and furnished to high standards. The fridge had complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely addition. The terrace is lovely for drinks and amazing food. Breakfast was also amazing with every choice you could think of that a breakfast could entail. Staff are very attentive, welcoming and very helpful.
A wonderful stay and would recommend to all.

Fantastic for a business trip - great location and great facilities - also a work space area next to the reception which saved me trudging through the rain to an office.
Big clean room and great food and drink options

My stay was brief but highly enjoyable. Staff were very warm and welcoming and the room was immaculate. I also got to use the sauna, which was a welcome bonus.
Just one small improvement would make a real difference: the bathroom had one of those terrible half-screened showers, which meant that water went everywhere. It's hard to relax in the shower when you're conscious of potentially flooding the place. A liquid soap dispenser (like the one in the shower) at the handbasin, rather than a...
