Such a cute hub, great location in London. Has everything you need. Capsule is very cool. My USB-C socket didn't work unfortunately but otherwise great experience and I will stay here again in the future.

I spent 4 nights in a capsule while exploring London by myself. I was surprised of how well everything worked with codes sent to me, and how well equipped the capsule itself was. Location was nice and walkable too. I'm pretty sure this is the best value you can get in London!

Lovely stay

Lovely clean place. Felt safe throughout. Only one advise it would be handy if they gave you a spare card. As I was nearly locked out of my locker and capsule at one point and wasn’t able to call the emergency number as I left my phone in my capsule

Overall, it was a decent stay — very much what you’d expect from a capsule hotel. The lockers and dedicated working space were a welcome bonus. The capsules themselves were comfortable and served their purpose well. There was some movement and noise from other guests during the night, but the provided earplugs worked effectively. The capsules aren’t soundproof, so you can hear people turning over or moving about, but it wasn’t disruptive enough to spoil the experience. The shared facilities — showers and toilets — were clean and well maintained. The location was great too — just a short walk from Aldgate East Station, right in Banglatown, and only a street away from Brick Lane. Overall, a good stay with no major issues.

Really good alternative to a hostel and definitely more private. First night was great, got to sleep quickly - a little noisy with people coming and going. Second night however was a different story, had a man talking on the phone from 7pm to 11:45pm in both the pods and communal area, coming in and out the building. There was a confrontation with another gentleman about this man, to the point where I genuinely believed that a fight was going to break out.

I wanted to try the pod experience for a change and it seems like a good alternative to regular hostels however for me, the noise of other people around was too much. Did not have a good night's rest.

This is such a cool place to stay! The pods are comfortable, clean and private enough. The host is excellent and makes sure you have everything you need.

Awesome time in my futuristic pod

I had the best time ever! I came a bit earlier and admittedly had a bit of a larger suitcase. But the people in charge were extremely accommodating and kind and made my stay stellar. This worked perfectly for what I needed and the internet was great and the TV inside the pod was great too. Overall awesome stay. And I'll definitely consider this for my next stay in England

Decent!

Great option for a cheap night in London. The pods were clean and spacious. You can hear people in other pods but it was quiet through the night. Overall, very good value for money for a single person.

For a bed for a night when you are out late, this is a convenient and comfortable choice. I will be staying here again in the near future. You ideally need to contact the hotel directly the day before arrival to provide your details and booking number before they will send you access codes and other information. Apparently, they do not receive this information directly from Expedia.

Location is very convenient for the overnight trips I need to do to the office. Pod is small, but if you only intend to sleep it’s perfect. There is good communal space, which I didn’t make use of but is available. 2 toilets and a shower for the 12 single occupancy pods, even with the morning rush it wasn’t too hectic.

As a solo traveller, I find this type of accommodation convenient and private for a reasonable price. The property and pod were clean and tidy on arrival. There is a basic kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee/tea facilities. The state of the communal area and the comfort of your stay has a lot to do with the people that are staying at Cosmo the same time you are. During my stay my fellow travellers were quiet, but their level of clenliness were left to be desired. Some did not use the shower curtain in the bathroom which resulted in a soaked bathroom and water running into the second toilet and kitchen area. Overall a pleasant stay.

Everything about this property was fantastic. The place was totally spotless. The Staff were amazing and so very helpful. After having a mini stroke upon my arrival and needing extra support and nights they were more than helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I was looked after, and made feel very welcome and safe. Nothing but praise for this company. Thanks heaps Leanne
