"We stayed for a few nights after having to leave a different hotel due to bad maintenance. This hotel was such a breath of fresh air! Everyone here was nice and the room was amazing. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and although we did not have any they had a restaurant in the lobby that had breakfast/dinner that looked good. The only thing that would have made it better was if parking was included rather than an additional fee. Would definitely recommend though!"

"Things were going well during my stay until the very last morning (a Sunday morning). In the middle of my shower, with shampoo in my hair, I lost hot water and never got it back. I called the front desk and was informed this is a known issue that happens often and was provided with steps to "fix it" that made absolutely no logical sense at all, and not surprisingly did not work. I was also told that maintenance was not kept onsite on weekends and someone was being called to come in to take a...

"Our stay was nice, except for the $12/night parking fee (with no option to park anywhere else). The rooms were very much fine. Hotel staff were cordial. For the price I paid I would expect friendlier staff and not to pay a parking fee, which was not disclosed at booking."

"Room was nice and clean, it was very quiet and we got to use the pool with no one else coming in-what a treat! Beds were comfy, shower worked great and breakfast was wonderful! I very much appreciated the Gluten Free Muffin availability, as well as the Dairy Free milk! I appreciate that Best Western is stepping up to offer allergen friendly options for those of us with issues. Once again, my favorite hotel chain!"

"Nice looking hotel and lobby area, did not like our bed, it has a wooden frame and when you sit up on edge of bed the wood rubs against the back of your legs! It was the worst design! Also don’t like that I could not adjust the room temp more, it seemed preset within a range and I couldn’t adjust cooler on a hot day? I would book again if wasn’t for that bad bed design…we’re traveling with 3 other family members and they all agreed."
