"The room had cockroaches infested and mice droppings! The staff is so nice so I didn’t complain. The air conditioner sprays water on your head if you’re on the deck and on your face if you’re in the bed and makes a roaring sound on and off."

They sent text messages throughout our stay to make sure we were satisfied with our accommodations. The hotel is conveniently located on the beach so we could walk outside and see the oceans. All of the rooms have a balcony/stove/large fridge/dishes/utensils/microwave so makes it easy for families. If I had one complaint, I wish the pool was bigger. But it...

"My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The pool and staff were true highlights for us. The restaurants had limited variety, but the food was really great! We only had challenges with ants in our room on the last night, and the hotel room walls were superrrrr thin. The staff was very helpful with the ant issue!"

"The location was excellent with close access to the beach, park, and walkable restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. There was a nice courtyard/ green space that was well kept up. Very quiet in the evenings. It was advertised with a queen bed, but there was only a double when we checked in. Still waiting for our damage deposit ."
