"First of all I booked this hotel in Sept for a stay in Dec and it was 10 of us that were supposed to stay… I called and called to make sure everything was good with the reservation and No one answers, I finally get down to the morning of my stay bcus I hadn’t received any instructions on how to enter the property and called some more no answer so I reach out to hotels. com to let them know and they said they would call then all of a sudden I receive a text message that says I’m sorry I missed...

"We were in the area for a conference for work. We had 12 people with us. The house was a nice size and was wonderful for team bonding. We also had plenty of room to spread out if we needed space. "

"Besides the two expensive fish restaurants on the property, Dining is a drive. Wasn’t sure what to do with garbage as it just said to remove from bin( I assume trash can?) other than that everything was fine. Would stay again. Walking distance to beach and pool. "

"We rented this property and it was supposed to be a house with a swimming pool and close to the beach but we got there it was a 3 story condo and we had to handicap people who couldn’t climb stairs and when we did get up all the stairs we had to clean candy wrappers and magazines and sunglasses out from under the bed and clean stuff out of refrigerator but we came a long way to have a vacation so we did the best we could with the situation the handicap people had to sleep on the couch because...
