"I am still waiting for refund from issues. There was no manager on site on Sunday July 5th and I was told I would hear from the manager 2 days ago on Monday July 6th. We paid via Expedia and the hotel will need to refund us through Expedia (and arrange with Expedia). The AC did not work - we tried re-setting it as instructed and it remained at 81-82 degrees and musty. Photos taken. "Our stay was very disappointing. On the first day, we discovered that the refrigerator in our room wasn’t working. We reported the problem to front desk several times, but no one came to repair or replace it. By the second day, all of our leftovers had spoiled, along with our bottled water and other drinks.
