"Urban Inn is an absolutely funky little gem in an old, refurbished building that I discovered by chance. The communication from management was excellent & self check-in process was easy. We were lucky to arrive at lunchtime to find our room ready for us earlier than the standard check-in time. The studio is spacious & comfortable with cute vintage furnishings. "The location is the best BUT the check in process bit confusing and also we were assigned to the first floor unit , it s quoet dosappointing as the unit literally side by side with the street ( if we open the window its literally people can jump in ) and its so noisy . But if we closed the window the air inside the room is very stuffy … also the rain shower is broken In short I reccomend this apt just for the location ( just across the oldtown) other than that dont expect much "

"We stayed in Innsbruck in July as a family of 4 with two children, ages 12 & 17. Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able. Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. The apartment elevator is right inside the door to the restaurant...

"Good Bits: Great location, free parking, kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy (fairly hard which suited us) Clean and well presented apartment. Good wifi (essential) Martin is friendly and helpful Not so good bits: Shower towels are too small. Pillows are way too soft and offer zero support, No USB points anywhere. General: Under floor heating is good but can take 24hrs to warm the apartment up."

"Excellent location, although being in the center of the old town means it can be a bit noisy in the mornings. I would recommend earplugs. Having said that, the location is fantastic, the check in staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself had everythin we needed, including a good shower, air-con and a small kitchen with fridge and oven. I would definitely stay there again."
