"Neil was an awesome and gracious host. He found a room even when hotels.com had booked the room for next year somehow and let us stay for the same price. The room is perfect for a getaway weekend close to skiing particularly if you want a more budget-friendly place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the sink/vanity looked new - there was also a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The tubs/showers could use some renovations, but we did not mind given the convenience. My daughter also...

The only downside was that our request for the room to be cleaned was unfortunately overlooked. Overall, a positive stay with attentive service."
