Staff were very helpful and friendly, although the front desk doesn’t seem to be a 24hr service. I’m guessing that’s the case because no one answered when I tried to contact them at 3am lol. The room’s size was decent but the bathroom was a bit cramped. The water pressure of the shower was too strong ...

Silver Legacy Reno- A Caesars Rewards Destination
The staff was courteous and helpful and the room was spotless. It was on the 6th floor with a breathtaking view of Reno by night. The shuttle service to the airport was ontime and very convenient.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar Lodge, Lake Tahoe
Clean rooms and everything is nice and comfy. Enjoyed the stay.

Hyatt Vacation Club at High Sierra Lodge, Lake Tahoe
Everything was great. The room was spacious and clean. I didn’t like the lake was blocked off due to construction.
