A nice apart-hotel. Very clean, very nice ambiance, nicely organized space to spend cozyly with the family (of 4). Comfortable beds. Clean apartment. A very restful place to spend while in Tokyo, although it is a bit interior.

Great location for the Hiroshima Peace Park and ferry to Miyajima Island - we loved this great location and our rooms had everything we needed - including a washer and great drying room. Very friendly staff Aya was a pleasure to meet as we were checking out - highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again!

The property was better than it looked in the pictures and very spacious. Ideally located for the Peace Park and only a short walk/taxi to town. Great property at a reasonable price for larger groups.

This hotel is very quiet and sits in a pleasant neighborhood, a short walk from Peace Memorial Park. The facility is meticulously maintained by an attentive, professional staff, and check-in was easy and seamless, even for an English speaker. I am from the United States and have never stayed at a hotel with such cleanliness and thoughtful arrangements. When I was arriving late because of my own booking mistake, the staff reached out to confirm my late arrival. Later, when I asked to extend my stay even though my room was already booked, they went out of their way to help me. My compliments to Aya, whom I had the pleasure of meeting. She arranged a smooth transfer to an adjacent room and went above and beyond to help. In decades of travel around the world, I have never experienced this level of attention and personal kindness. What an exceptional staff and a wonderful boutique hotel. I hope to return soon. 5 stars.

On walking to the accommodation we were a little concerned as it seemed a bit like suburbia (as it turned out not necessarily a terrible thing but depends what you're looking for) but on arrival found the hotel a bit surprising. Very neat and tidy with only 2 levels and 10 (or 12) rooms. I'm not sure if the rooms are all the same but ours was big with 2 double beds, a living area, kitchenette and bathroom with washing machine. It was only a few hundred metres to the Peace park and transport options were within 300 metres. Would recommend.
