Single small elevator is inadequate. Long wait time during busy hours, if you can even get on at all the first time it comes. Also, difficult to find from Hiroshima Eki, even using Google Map. However, if you are willing to live with that, would recommend staying there.

"Close to"-hotel

We choose the hotel because it is close to our shinkansen arrival and airport bus departure. All trams also starts at the railway station. Interesting for us was the free breakfast and it is japanese style which surprised us.

I had a great view, the room was nice and spacious (Japanese standard), room was comfortable, close to Hiroshima station, tram and bus stops! I enjoyed my stay. Would recommend to others.

Very clean room, convenient location, and a good price. Two downsides: only one elevator so it can take a really long time to go up or down, and the stairs are closed unless it’s between 7am and 10pm. Other downside is that the bed is really hard- it feels like just a box spring, no mattress.

Pros: Close walking proximity to Hiroshima stn. One block away from nearest street car stn to go to Bomb Dome. Cheap. Breakfast included. Cons: Horrible stench in room and bathroom. Bath tub drain partially clogged and you can smell the sewage emanating from it. Dated building. One tiny elevator, have to wait a long time to get on in the morning.

The hotel's in a good location. It's close to Hiroshima Station, right across the Enko River towards the south. The complimentary breakfast was nice. The menu varies day-by-day, so it's not the same every day. There is only one elevator in the hotel. And because of that, there's a lot of waiting when many people are going to different floors. There was no space for my large checked luggage in my room. You'd have to awkwardly angle it on the narrow space on the floor, or simply unpack on the bed. Medium-sized and carry-on luggage will be okay. The window soundproofing needs some improvement. I was on the 9th floor facing the river, and still heard noises like driving cars and traffic signal sounds.

Camera confortevole con due letti matrimoniali, bagno completo di tutto. Per chi lo desidera ci sono i pigiami da ritirare all’ingresso. La colazione è in stile giapponese e non una colazione internazionale. C’è all’interno un servizio di lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice a pagamento. Ai bambini non vengono dati gli asciugamani né nessun altra dotazione.
