He assisted me my whole trip, Orisis which is the manager of Ocean El faro was great, he heard me out and accommodated me instead of making me feel unheard/unwanted. Will be visiting soon again!!! "Went here for our one year wedding anniversary trip. Expected your typical all inclusive stay, got way more. Typically you don’t go to an all inclusive and expect a culinary experience. The food at the restaurants we went to was amazing. Magna (excellence club only)..the 45oz tomahawk steak.. amazing! at Spice the Sushi! And sashimi. And the food at Agave was amazing. We loved the coffee shop went every night for coffee and a sweet treat. The breakfast buffet was great. Service was wonderful, they cater to you and are so friendly. You can even tell management was involved with interacting with guests. Our room was amazing too we have the two story plunge pool room. We want to go back already and would definitely recommend. One of our favorite trips & it was during hurricane Melissa, the weather wasn’t the best and we still had the best time!!! Also the entertainment!!! Karaoke night, tribute night, they even had acrobatics! It was so much fun! "
