"Our family enjoyed the stay at ocean blue and sand resort. Our room was close to the pool and beach, and transportation to the lobby & restaurants was convenient. Experience at the buffet was average (service and food), preferred the other dinner restaurants but they generally had a long wait list. Japanese restaurant was great!"

"A 5 star hotel is a complete misrepresentation of this hotel and the Privilege package should be investigated as fraud! Just had a disappointing 8 day stay and feel ripped off as we opted for the Privilege’ package! All the food at the restaurants was poor at best so your best option was actually the buffet!
