"Everything was great except the last transportation to the airport. Expedia didn’t communicate with us via email or anything about transport to the airport. When I called they said that I was supposed to arraign it 2 days prior and how was I supposed to know that? Then he said that it was there waiting for us @9:40 am which was not communicated to us either. Why would they schedule transport without notice and so early, if we are supposed to be at the airport by 11:30am they could have sent someone for us to be at the hotel @11 the latest. Not acceptable. And the hotel also left us stranded since we booked with Expedia. They had so many taxis going to airport they could have provided a taxi too and didn’t. "
