"Room was spacious , clean and quiet. In house restaurant had great indoor and outdoor seating. Food options for breakfast were great and reasonably priced for a hotel in Santa Monica. Coffee options were great. Newly added nitro cold brew coffee which I loved. Service was good. Front desk staff were positive, polite and accommodating. Entry hall bathrooms were really clean and neat. Front entrance view once inside was really neat. Bellmen service outside was excellent."

"Employee ok but the hotel is old and smelly, our room did not get cleaned for 3 days. No fridge inside the room, bed sheet does not seem to be cleaned. Air conditioner and heater not working. Parking is $50 per night for this kind of hotel. Feel like staying at motel. "
