"I booked a room through Expedia and the hotel was overbooked and turned me away when I arrived. The staff told me the property manager had called or messaged be to let me know that my reservation was cancelled but I never received any communication regarding me not having a room."

"This condo is in the heart of the city but is pretty quiet and felt pretty safe. The owner did keep it well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. The bed and the couch were comfortable too. We were attending a convention and took the easy walk there and back every day (multiple times on a couple of days). It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk on level ground with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars along the way."

"We stayed at Drury Inn for 1 night while in Columbus for a concert. It was perfect. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Location was about a 15 minute walk to Kemba Live!. The free breakfast was very good. I wasn't expecting it to be that good. Exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We had a great stay."

I was disappointed this time when I arrived that the room I reserved was unavailable and I had to sleep on a pull out bed with no accessible bathroom for my elderly mother. While the manager was apologetic, it was disappointing to not get the room I paid for."
