"We stayed on the 2nd floor with great views. The only hard part is there is no elevator so we had to pay the staff to carry our luggage up! They were more than willing to assist. There is a mold smell in the room. We couldn’t identify the source but if you’re sensitive it wouldn’t be the right fit. The property is beautiful and a great location on the island"

"Not a bad place but keep in mind it is a timeshare. The location is within easy walking distance of the beach, Hotel Del and dining and shopping. My only issue was I got a suspect text from the front desk reminding me that only registered guests can use the rooftop sauna, whirlpool, etc. it was a bit accusatory maybe from a timeshare owner but the fact is me and the three others in my family were all registered guests. Customer service and tactfulness was certainly lacking."

"My a/c went out on the last night. I called twice to have them send an engineer to repair. No one came. It was 80 degrees so I had the overhead fan on overnight. When I checked out the next day, I complained to them about the hot humid room and lack of follow up about repairing it, but the front desk just said “sorry” and handed me my receipt. There was also a lot of noise from next door and room above: voices and running footsteps."
