"The Historic Grand Canyon hotel's staff is accommodating, friendly, and efficient. The hotel's decor is absolutely impeccable. The room was sparkly clean. Parking on property was trouble-free. Arrival was just like coming home! Breakfast menu was delightfully varied.... Check-out was equally efficient, but quite difficult to leave a treasure such as this! "

"This motel was somewhat misleading based on the pictures. It appears that only one room may have been remodeled and the photos were taken of that room. Our bathroom was not very clean, with dirt and some bugs visible in the bathtub. The toilet paper holder was broken and hanging off the wall. Additionally, the outside area looked less well-maintained than the pictures suggested. The beds were acceptable, but the pillows were quite flat. "While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. "
