"At check-in, our first room had visible mold. We immediately reported it. We were told there were no other rooms available and were asked to leave. We were also told that there was no manager onsite and the manager would not be available until Monday.
About two hours later, another staff member arrived and was able to change our room. Unfortunately, the second room had blood stains on the bedsheets. We were then moved to a third room, which also has visible mold."

"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. "We had three issues with our stay:
The Outrigger is adding a Dukes restaurant -so there was lots of construction noise and debris. Would have been nice if this was disclosed.
The Outrigger’s real name is the Outrigger Resort and Spa - but there was no Spa. Just a hotel room that was converted to a Spa. That is not that the same as a real Spa. Would have been nice is this was disclosed.
The air conditioner stopped working on two of our four nights - so it was uncomfortably warm those nights. ...
