"Needs a better chef and menu"

"The breakfast here offered many options. More impressive than any other hotel continental breakfast we have experienced. Clean rooms. Everything looked new. Friendly staff. Convenient location. The only negative was we had to pay $15/day for hotel parking. "

"Nice painting on the wall. Both beds squeaked really bad. The room next to us beds squeezed also. We could hear them in the night doing something up and down in bed. The maid only made up the bed we slept in, nothing else. No new toilet paper nor towels."

"We had two rooms reserved. One of the rooms, the plug for the heat/air unit was pulled out of the wall and the unit did not work. We did not see any staff at check in or check out. Our room keys were left in a box outside the office door. There was no communication from the hotel staff that we would have to pick up the keys outside. They were supposed to be open at 9am for check out, but when we left at 10:30 there was still no one in the office."
