It was well worth the extra price to wake up and see the sun highlighting the lake and a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs. A short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and train station. This was a great place to stay!!"

"We had a spacious two king beds in a clean, modern room, ample for four people. The location was perfect, minutes walk to the pier and train station. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Everything about this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it for a trip to Lucerne."

"Location is good. Town is beautiful however the hotel does not deserve to be ranked as a 4 star hotel due to how dirty rooms were. We had three rooms. 2 rooms had spider webs and other insects . One room smelled like a rotten cheese that the staff was aware of and changed to another room. I cannot believe that the regional health department allows this hotel to operate this way !"
