"Well located to the old city and the market. Outside the busy tourist area - so quieter however fewer choices for eating. Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fine (eggs, fruit, bahn, coffee). Rooms were clean, well sized and air con worked well. No complaints at all!"

"Charming boutique hotel, beautifully decorated and appointed, with friendly attentive staff. Situated on a beautiful street which has a night food market at one end each night. My only regret is that I don’t stay longer. The laundry service and tour booking were also excellent. "

"Amazing hotel in the centre of Hue. Beautiful big bedroom with lovely shower room and large comfortable bed. The pool and garden are both beautiful and well maintained. Lovely breakfast selection, would advise to eat in garden as children are not supervised by parents. But don’t let this put you off. Walking street with bars and restaurants only minutes away and the main market in10 minutes walk over the bridge. Looking forward to returning next year."

"Not what we expected from what we saw online. The room was ok but didn’t have iron/board and had a weak AC. The shower also made weird noises from the drain. Nice job decorating the hotel but will stay somewhere else next time. "

"This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty smell that made the room feel uncomfortable. The worst part was the bed, the bedsheets had a lot of ants, which was really disturbing. I couldn’t stay in those conditions and had to leave just 2 hours after checking in."

"The hotel gym was disappointing. The equipment consisted mainly of old dumbbells and outdated weight machines. Unfortunately the fitness was not air-conditioned, and with outdoor temperature around 98-100 degrees F, it was simply too hot to exercise comfortably. The breakfast buffet was acceptable. "staff here are truly so incredible and the property is in a great quiet area, it’s down a smaller road so cars can’t get down but it’s only a 30 second walk from the street so really no big deal. Super nice local area where we felt so welcome and was nice and close to the imperial citadel and lots of great restaurants and we felt really safe and at home in this area. staff were incredibly helpful for helping us book our next bus and also explain the ticket situation for the citadel!"
